Purpose: Google reader allows you to get all your news and blogs in one place, on one page. And now, the Google (GOOG) internet gurus have released a special version just to fit your iPhone.
Analysis: For those of you that aren’t familiar with Google Reader – here’s a simple breakdown. It automatically checks your selected news sites and blogs, places the snipets on your page, and allows you to organize data in whatever manner you’d like. Furthermore, you have the options to easily share items, with no installations necessary.
All you need is your free Google Account.
On the home screen you are presented with a list of "All Items"
From the home screen you can access a list of all your RSS Feeds
You can access a list of "Tags"
To add a new feed, either search a keyword or enter the exact URL
Select your feed and explore it

Select an article to read
Other options include: sharing, starring, marking, and others.
The Verdict: Very user friendly. Great layout. Perfect iPhone adaptation of the regular web version of Google Reader. The only options missing from the iPhone version are email and notes, both of which could be worked around.
