Altered reality comes to the iPhone (well, not your iPhone, but to somebody’s iPhone). ARToolWorks created an application which allows you to interact with your surroundings via the camera, hence creating a virtual environment.
Altough the SDK’s limitations will keep the app from hitting the App Store, it looks like a promising new development in the iPhone world. Check out the video.
