"Bug Fixes" is the ambiguous term that described the function of the latest 2.0.2 firmware update. But despite such vague terminology, Apple says is not blind to the fact that the 3G’s spotty connectivity is causing iPhone owners to second guess the quality of their mobile device.
For many, the update did not fix anything. (In some cases, the update made matters worse.) However, there is hope: a former Apple employee with the inside scoop says a more effective remedy is in the works, which could take months to develop.
Looks like patience is a virtue, especially for iPhone owners.
