iControlPad Plays Quake — Still Doesn’t Play With App Store

Coupla weeks ago, we told you about iControlPad, which wrapped a Nintendo-style controller around your iPhone — and that jailbroken apps maker ZodTTD had an evaluation copy of same.

Now comes the fruits of their labor, as ZodTTD reveals an upcoming port of Quake will utilize the iControlPad:

And now the cloud to go with that silver lining: the iControlPad is still an unapproved-by-the-House-of-Jobs hardware add-on, which means no App Store releases in the immediate future will support it, which means homebrew/jailbroken app support only
