Dashboard App Now Available For Pwned iPhones — But Is It Necessary?

Steven Troughton-Smith, who recently announced that his Stacks app would be over and done after version 2.2, has moved on to another tool for jailbroken iPhones: Dashboard, an OS X-style interface to keep regularly-used widgets like clocks, calculators, etc. on a single screen.  The above video gives a quickie demonstration of the Dashboard in action.

While there are certainly plenty of reasons to jailbreak your iPhone, is this one of them?
