Sprint Staffers “Pre”-Pare For Smartphone’s Launch

The Palm Pre is definitely coming to a Sprint store near you.

An email from Sprint stated "Employees can expect training to start in
April as well as multiple communications to get them excited and ready
to help our customers." 

Phillip Lam at preThinking — one of the recipients of the email — asked for, and got, a confirmation that the store-level gearing-up was the real deal.  So did several commentors on the original post.

Whether or not the Pre is actually "Ready for Prime Time" remains to be seen.
