Every iPhone user knows about Shazam. It's the app that listens to a song and tells you what it is. However, there was an update today that added a lot of new functionality to the app. The new version is awesome!
- View your Tags on a map
- Send a postcard and let friends buy the songs you discovered
- Tweet your Tags (that means use Twitter, for you non-Twitterers)
- Enhanced external microphone support
- Improved speed and efficiency
FaceMic allows you to post audio updates directly to your Facebook wall. The app uses your existing Facebook account, it's simple to use, quickly records audio, allows you to review your recordings, allows you to customize your default introduction text, has high recording quality, and allows you to listen to all your old recordings.
100+ Egg Recipes
Let's say you wake up at a lucky lady's house and you want to impress her with some breakfast. Chances are you're no Emeril, so you're gonna need a recipe. Instead of tumbling over to her computer and waking her up by printing out a recipe, just whip out your iPhone and make some delicious and creative eggs. And even on a regular morning, this app is great for a good breakfast.
This app has physics project written all over it, but it's pretty damn cool. Acceleration 3D Detector displays three dimensional acceleration vectors and records the acceleration data (maginitude and direction for the x,y, and z axis). You can set up a series of time points for the measuring to "restart", and the time values range from 100 milliseconds to 1 hour. This app is great if you, for example, wanted to measure the acceleration of your arm during a baseball pitch, or how fast you accelerate while running, the acceleration of your car, and all sorts of other cool things.
