How is Files Different From AirSharing?
one of our editors uses Files, I use Airshare.
both programs can accomplish the same function.
I need to be able to transfer MS Office files (doc and xls) to and from my laptop (Windows XP) and iphone using a wired usb connection (I have itunes on my laptop). The situation is that my laptop is often located away from internet access. Once I get the file from my laptop to the iphone, I then want to be able to use my 3G connection on my iphone to send those files as email attachments. It looks like the “Files” app will do the second part (send email with attachments from iphone)and perhaps a separate app would do the first part (transfer files via USB to and from iphone). Question – if “Files” will do what I describe what other app will do the usb transfer and will the system I describe do what I want?
Brian there is an app called “USB Drive”. Look it up. It allows you to allocate a certain amount of the Iphones memory to an “internal flash drive”. If you click on the app from the Iphones home screen, it lets you switch from “default”(Itunes when connected to a computer) or to “drive”(Iphone acts as a flash drive when it is connected to a computer). One of the best apps I have ever downloaded if you ask me. I believe your phone has to be jailbroken for you to use this app. One of the advantages of jailbreaking
my iphone does not shoot video rather than only camera for capturing pictures. Also i want to know how can i download my files from my phone to a computer.

I have just purchased an iPhone 4S based on my observation of iPhone 3G. However, its quality of screen, music player, photo viewer, behaviour, is not as good as the old model I had seen. I am to know whether all iPhone 4s models are like this, or just mine is not an orignial. I wonder if anyone could tell me something in this regard. Thanks!
