Well then, put the pedal to the metal.  The upcoming US$40.00 F&F Blu-Ray — plus a free app soon to be made available on iTunes — will let you control special content on the videodisc, via Wi-Fi, from your handheld device.

One promised feature is a virtual garage, in which viewers can use the touchscreen to pan
around cars and tap on specific hot spots to bring up the information
on the TV.

No word on whether the app will let you control co-star Michelle Rodriguez — although, by all accounts, very little can control her…
