Resident Evil 4 Makes It To The iPhone

Resident Evil 4 has been officially released for the iPhone. The game, priced at $8, can be downloaded by following this link to the iTunes App Store. In this version of RE, you play as Leon S. Kennedy, a rookie cop from Raccoon City, who becomes a top-secret agent on a mission to save the US president's daughter. In other words, blah blah blah, kill zombies. This game is a major addition to our list of all the zombie-related iPhone apps.

The game features:

• 3D Graphics
• 3rd person perspective 
• Location based damage (where you aim is where you hit) 
• Shake to reload 
• Context sensitive controls 
• Winning the game unlocks Mercenary Mode (a separate mission) 

Overall, it's a quality game. The reviews so far are quite high (4.5 stars). The graphics are high quality, and the gameplay is fun. The only issue is the controls…I would have liked some more accelerometer/multi-touch integration (rather than turning the phone into a controller by putting buttons on the sides).
