This is a marvelous application for soccer fans. It brings you detailed coverage of the sport from around the world. It features both club and international soccer. There is also a free version of this application. The plus, however, is ad-free, has commentary and statistics for every match, and most importantly – it has push notification. Through push, you will constantly be updated with scores. (Note: The push version update is awaiting approval.) 

This application will help you plan ahead for what to bring with you on a trip. It'll locate where to get your gear, calculate how much your pack will weigh, and assist in eliminating stuff you don't want or need to carry. This is the best application for a backpacking adventure.
