Mac developer Jeff Stieler recently came to the conclusion that arranging/organizing your iPhone's apps was no job for an iPhone. That's why he created Movement, which moves (no pun intended!) the app-arranging process to your Mac or Wintel PC. That's the good news. The bad news is, it won't work if your phone's not jailbroken.
