The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Steve Jobs, fresh from his medical hiatus, is back to his micromanaging ways — and the long-rumored Apple tablet is the benefactor of his attention.
According to anonymous sources, Jobs has twice put the kibosh on similar projects, citing insufficient memory and poor battery life. At this point, there are so many stories flying about (It's a Kindle killer! It's a plus-size iPod! It's coming next month! It won't be coming until next year!), it would be nice for a firm yea or nay from the House of Jobs.
Amazingly, when prompted for a response by WSJ, Jobs did indeed make a statement: ‚ÄúMuch of your information is incorrect.‚Äù
