To nobody's surprise, the new iTunes 9 promptly turned up its nose at allowing Palm Pre's to sync with the program. Again. What nobody expected is syncing problems with Apple hardware.
But that's exactly what users of the home audio streaming service AirTunes are reporting, as connections to iT9 are dropping like the proverbial flies. There's already an active thread on the Apple Support forum discussing the issue, and (one would hope) a speedy fix from the House of Jobs in the pipeline.
