iTunes 9 download page is live, iPhone app organization feature is worth the upgrade.  Also, when you update your iTunes and you connect your iPhone, you will get iPhone 3.1 prompt update.  Keep in mind if you are avid jailbreaker and unlocker stay away from this update.
