Nobody's ever accused the Blackberry of being a hard-core gaming platform, but the fact remains that there are plenty of games out there for the little buggers — and all of them dependent upon one teeny-weeny trackball to control 'em.
No more. The Zeemote JS1 Bluetooth-based controller — a Wii-like wand previously available only as a bundle with a Nokia or Sony Ericcson phone — can now be purchased standalone for Blackberry gaming. In fact, you'll soon be able to buy it directly from the Crackberry store (US$39.99, which includes one Gameloft game). Coupled with the fact that Zeemote's had a Blackberry SDK available for nearly a year, and it'll be interesting to see what — if any — controllable Berry games come down the pike.
