Band Of The Hand: Rock Band For iPhone/iTouch Is Here!

The game that turned a nation into pretend musicians now fits in the palm of your hand, as EA's Rock Band for iPhone and iPod Touch finally hits iTunes.

Obviously, the actual play mode is closer to Tap Tap Revenge than plastic guitars and drums, but the graphics and song assortment (15 to start, five more to unlock, plus extra downloadable tracks to purchase, with artists ranging from Blondie to Skynard to Motorhead to the Pixies) are everything you loved about the original.  There's multi-player Bluetooth mode, and the ability to link to Facebook Connect to invite friends to play along.

All this for a more than reasonable US$10.00, to boot.  Rock on!
