Next time you simply hate an app downloaded from the App Store or feel shortchanged don‚Äôt fret. In fact if you play your cards right and keep your cool, you can actually demand a refund and more importantly Apple will have no choice but to comply.
The trick is to fill up the iTunes Store Customer Service form, which can be accessed here or via iTunes (access the Purchase History link and then click on Report a Problem).
Remember to give a valid reason for your dissatisfaction and ask for a refund. We tested this out and are please to report that it works. However one must remember that everytime you get a refund, the developer in question is billed 30% of his app price by Apple. So please use this with caution as no one wants the developer to be penalized unnecessary.
