Its been a good week for iPhone developers as Apple showed them some long due consideration. Now iPhone developers can check out the status of their apps that they submit to the App Store and be kept in the loop. The new tracking system has been welcomed by developers as according to them communicating with the Apple team could be difficult and tedious.
The new tracking system is up on the Apple Dev Center website so that developers can easily view the progress of their submitted apps. Once a developer submits an app, the status will read “Waiting for Review", during the actually review the status will read “In Review", and if it gets approved the status will read “Ready for Sale".
Quite a change from the previous status system which just simply read: “Based on current app submissions, 96 percent of applications are being approved within 14 days."
