Wolfram Alpha Tries A New Approach To Sell Its iPhone App

Wolfram Alpha became famous in the iPhone community not for its omputational knowledge engine capabilities but for what they charge for their iPhone app. The Wolfram Alpha iPhone app retails for $50 which the iPhone community found ludicrous especially since an iPhone friendly webpage was available for absolutely free. 

Wolfram Alpha has realized its folly now but instead of bringing down the price of the app,they are encouraging (rather harassing) iPhone users to buy the app. So next time you are on the iPhone formatted webpage, don't be surprised when you get prompted to buy the iPhone app. Instead of antagonizing iPhone users, it would have been better if they just reduced the price.
