Pulled From The Air: Tivit Is A DTV Slingbox For Handheld Devices

More CES fallout, this time from Tivit, who offer a mobile DTV (digital television) tuner that grabs over-the-air signals and Wi-Fi's them (as h.264 video) to the nearest playback device.  Engadget tested it (with varying results) on both iPhones and Droids, and concluded that playback and functionality was really dependent on the target device's OS, viewing app and video codecs.  Expect to pay between US$90-120 unsubsidized; meanwhile, check out their video of the gizmo:
