Cleaning Out The Pipes: AT&T, Apple Now Allowing Bigger 3G Downloads

What's wrong with this picture?  Well, if you've recently tried to download an app from iTunes bigger than 12 megabytes via 3G, you'd get an "OW! Don't do that!" message similar to the one above.

Yeah, we said 12 megs.  The screen shot above is complaining about a download that exceeds 20 megs.  Which means that while no one was looking, Apple and AT&T quietly bumped up the maximum file size for over-the-air downloads.  Now granted, that still won't help the law students trying to download their thousand-dollar, one gigabyte BarMax app, but it is a step in the right direction…
