A document which is said to be a leaked internal memo states that shoppers can now purchase iPhones without a contract or an ID.

According to the wording in the document, customers are limited to one iPhone per day. They must also pay full price for their phone: $499 for the 8GB 3G, $599 for the 16GB 3Gs and $699 for the 32GB 3Gs.

According to one report, the iPhone is locked, meaning that it will only work with AT&T SIMs.

Of course now that you don't have to have a contract with AT&T, you can feel free to unlock the phone. That won't be a problem, iSmashphone has plenty of information about unlocking your iPhone: Here
