Set Lasers On “Dazzle:” iPhone Video Projector Comes With High-End Output, Price To Match

Microvision's ShowWX is a "laser pico projector" you can connect to your iPhone or iPod Touch — or just about anything else with a video output – and beam 848×480 widescreen video onto the nearest flat surface.  (They advertise screen sizes from 6 to 200 inches; we say caveat emptor.)  And all this without the need to adjust focus.

Scheduled to hit the street on March 24, the basic unit will set you back US$549.  For a cool grand, Microvision will throw in a personalized splash screen, VGA dock, and certificate of authenticity.
