Jobs Showing off the iPad at January's Event
According to analysts, the iPad is selling at a pace over 200,000 units a week, around 90,000 more than the estimated 110,000 weekly sales of Macs in the US, and a little less than the iPhone's 246,000.
It's been almost two months since the iPad launched and this may me an indication that Apple's latest device is growing in popularity. It's reported that when retail checks in mid-May show that iPad 3Gs are completely sold out at many of Apple's stores while around 25 percent have only the wifi models available.
When the iPad launches internationally on May 28th, you can only expect that number to increase.
