We recently saw someone create an arcade cabinet for their iPad with some cardboard and a circuitry. Now, someone has taken a Macintosh Classic, gutted the components and the old CRT monitor then modified the casing to place the iPad inside so that it can act as a screen.
What's interesting, as tech blog Engadget points out, is how well the device fits the frame that used to house the old screen. This mod was even created to have a cool intro screen reminiscent of the classic Mac OS startup.
Looking back, it's hard to imagine that the actual computer seemed so advanced back then.
