Google's developer distribution agreement has been updated to include a new payment method for Android Apps. This addition will allow Android users to pay for their applications through their monthly carrier bill. Opinions on this one may be divided. On one hand, most of us don't like our carriers, and the less we have to deal with them, the better. On the other, developers may like that there will finally be a standardized way for users to make payments on their Android apps.
