A recently filed trademark by Apple shows the building design for their popular Apple Store on 5th Avenue. You know, the big glass building where you go down the stairs or elevator and run around drooling all over the merchandise like a five-year-old in a toy store? That one.

Here are some key points of their filing:
Class Status: Active
Retail store services featuring computers, computer software, computer peripherals and consumer electronics, and demonstration of products relating thereto
Description of Mark: The mark consists of the distinctive design of a building.
