Here are two more trademarks coming in from the folks at Cupertino.
Tunekit, which is Apple's software for letting users create content such as music or video for digital distribution over iTunes. It also allows for development of iTunes extras content, which is often used in movies purchased on iTunes to give users content similar to what would be found on the extras feature in a Blu-Ray or DVD.
Apple has also trademarked their messages icon. Messages is the built-in iPhone App that allows users to send SMS messages. Note that a trademark filing is only good for the design of the icon itself. It's not the same as a patent filing, which is meant to protect inventions such as new features or hardware functions.
