(Not the actual tablet, just a render based on speculation)
Seems that Google's iPad rival, which we will call the GPad for now, may be launching on November 26 on Verizon, this according to a report from the Download Squad.
According to the rumor, the device is being manufactured by HTC, and of course runs on the Chrome OS. Remember that HTC did the Nexus One, which was Google's phone, so it is entirely possible. Also know that November 26th happens to fall on the busiest shopping day of the year, Black Friday.
As far as specs, we are looking at something running on NVidia's Tegra 2 platform with a 1280×720 display, which, like the iPad, should feature multitouch. 2GB of RAM with a minimum of 32 gigs storage capacity, wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS and even a webcam. They also note the possibility for a multi-card reader for additional storage.
