The folks at MacRumors ran their story with this amusing video, and we simply couldn't pass it up
Seems like Apple will be fixing the issues with iPhone 3G performance on iOS4, according to an email from Steve Jobs.
The customer, fed up with how their 3G has been running on their device, in a noticeably frustrated, yet polite tone, had this to say in an email to the Apple CEO:
I've waited patiently through 4.0.1 and 4.0.2, looking for a fix that will make my phone work again. I've read the forums that advise me to jailbreak my phone or use some other method so I can downgrade back to a version of iPhone 3, however I'm not prepared to use a method that is not supported by Apple.
As he's been known to do in the past, Jobs responded with a short but sweet answer:
Software update coming soon.
Sent from my iPhone
This is likely the 4.1 update that is already being tested by developers, as MacRumors reports. We know that this is something Apple has been looking at in the past months, so it's likely that this is the fix 3G owners have been waiting for.
