Internet Explorer isn't exactly our top choice for an internet browser. If feels slow compared to the competition, it's not visually appealing (which does matter when you have to stare at it for several hours and navigate its menus) and IE8 was a nightmare, at least in this writer's experience.
However, it seems that Microsoft is updating the package, and it looks like it may see some huge improvements. The video above shows someone navigating around the beta. The user even runs the Acid 3 test and the browser hits 95, which is just a tad short of the top goal of 100.
The browser is set to launch on September 15.
