The iPhone 4 was released just a few months ago, but that doesn't stop people from designing concepts for what they imagine the next iPhone will look like.
This one is thin. A little too thin. We like where it's going, but perhaps by making it a tad thicker, you wouldn't have to worry about it cutting through your hand as you hold it. It also needs a volume and power button and the connector to charge it. Our other concern is that it looks very easily breakable.
On the other hand, it would be very light, so not all is lost in the extra-thin mock-up. Of course we still need an iPhone 4G and an iPhone 4GS before we can graduate to an iPhone 5.
