Google Docs is convenient. The cloud storage allows you to open your work on any computer with an internet connection so long as you can log into your Gmail account.
Unfortunately, (as many of us found out the hard way) there has been no way to edit your documents on the iPad. You can read your Google Docs, but you can't make any changes.
According to Google, that is changing. We will now have "mobile editing in Google Docs on Android and the iPad" says the company on their official blog. "In the next few weeks, co-workers around the world will soon be able to co-edit files simultaneously from an even wider array of devices."
Though this is cool news for iPad and Android owners, we do wonder about some App makers. We own a few Apps that were made just for the purpose of being able to create and edit by syncing the App with Google Docs.
