Make Your Android Phone Look Like A Windows 7 Device — And No, We Don’t Know Why, Either

Someone over at the XDA-Developers forum thought it would be a good idea — or at least an intellectual exercise — to make an Android handset look like an MS Windows 7 phone.  The hack uses Launcher Pro, some downloadable icons, and whatever Helvetica font you can scam off the Web.  Instructions are detailed (if not exactly simplified), and there’s even a variation for lowe-rez Droid phones like the HTC Desire.

If you feel like throwing this on your own Android handset, tell us how it goes.  We won’t even bother to ask why…
