Update:
How To: Unlock iPhone 3G and 3GS on iOS 4.2.1
Dev-team's MuscleNerd tweeted today that he has managed to get Ultrasn0w working on iOS 4.2.1 and on iOS 4.1 with baseband 0.1.59.00 on the iPhone 4 and 05.15.04 on iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G.

We heard a progress update on the unlock a few days ago, when MuscleNerd initially announced the release date.
However, it should be noted that those who updated to 4.1 or 4.2.1 without preserving the baseband will have to hold off for now, because this version of Ultrasn0w doesn't support baseband 02.10.04.
Either way, the unlock should be releasing soon. We will keep an eye out.

It Sunday and still no unlock news! It keep delay like all way … no unlock until after New Year.
These guys are working hard at it, give them a chance to get it done and tested.

Besides the 3G – I do not understand why people want 4.2.1 when 4.3 is coming next month and 4.2.1 has no real advantage. Please let me know why people are so disperate just because of the number 4.2.1, 4.3 over 4.1 which is jailbreakable and unlockable.

i would like to say thanks a lot, who make unlock old iphone’s baseband, and all members of the devteam. And my request is that from team members, please try to works on baseband 02.10.04 for NEW iphone 4. As a result, you will be show us, what you are’nt collobrate with apple company.

I have jailbroken my iPhone with GreenPois0n followed this guide “Jailbreak iPhone 4 iOS 4.1 with GreenPois0n on Mac” located in iFunia iPhone column, but seems I can’t use UltrasnOw to unlock iPhone as installing Greenpoison might bar UltrasnOw from ever operating!
Hmm, but I want to update to IOS 4.2.1, and do this unlocking, what should I to do? Guys, please help.

I have been waiting since November 1st week. Unlock is still not out. Relied a lot on Limera1n. Is there a paid (safe and assured) unlocking service for iPhone 4 4.1 BB 02.10.04?
