Looking for an iPhone 4 discount? Radio Shack is offering $50 off the iPhone 4 right now, which amounts to $150 for the 16GB model and $250 for the 32GB (both with contract, obviously).
In addition to that, they are offering trade-in deals. An iPhone 3G will fetch you $75 credit, while the 3GS is worth $125 towards the phone. That, plus the $50 discount means big savings for those wanting to get the newer device.
There are some catches, though. It's only available at Radio Shack retail locations, so that means you will have to find a brick-and-mortar store–no online deals here. You will also have to make sure that you are eligible for an upgrade (Check here). Meanwhile, the 3GS can be purchased for $50, thanks to the sale.
The LA Times does report, however, that you have to pay a tax on the list price of the phone. That's right, the list price, as in $599 (16GB) and $699 (32GB) depending on where you live, that can be lot of sales tax.
Well, if you can get it at a discount, of if you want to hold on to your old iPhone, you can always have fun destroying it and putting it on YouTube.
