New Years resolutions. All of us make them…okay, most of us make them. Most of us probably break them, too. Whether we give up about halfway into the year, or the resolution is just meant to be some way to feel better about ourselves as we move into the new year, we just don't end up keeping them most of the time.
Well, let's help change that–here are some Apps that will help you keep those New Year Resolutions in Check:
1) "I Will Quit Smoking in 2011"
Quit-it is the App designed to help users quit smoking. It totals up your cigarettes per day, an how many packs you are smoking, and tallies it all up. It sets goals for you, so that you can feel more accomplished as work towards quitting.

This App helps you monitor that as you work towards your target weight.
