The Basketball’s Dire, Aye: Did iPhone Alarm Bug Contribute To Lakers Loss?

If you were a victim of the latest iPhone alarm clock bug at the beginning of 2011, count your blessings: at least it didn't cost you an NBA game.

CBS Sports reports that the LA Lakers' 104-89 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies this past Sunday may be due to three players oversleeping due to the bug.  As a result, Luke Walton and one other player were late to the team's shootaround; Pau Gasol missed it entirely.  None of which sat well with Kobe Bryant, who feels the two-time champs aren't showing the focus and commitment they should.  As it is, the Lakers have now lost four of their last six games.
