Apple has just release iTunes 10.2. As you may suspect, this version adds support for the iOS 4.3, but not much else is said about it. We are taking a look at it to see what's new, but we wouldn't count a a whole lot of changes here other than some compatibility with iOS 4.3 and presumably the upcoming iPad 2.
We will see if 192.5MB of beefy iTunes makes a difference as we play around with it. Until then, you can go to Apple's website (Here, or hit the software update button on your Mac) to download iTunes 10.2.
Here's what the update says:
What's new in iTunes 10.2
• Sync with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3.
• Improved Home Sharing. Browse and play from your iTunes libraries with Home Sharing on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3.

Keep in mind, if you are worried about updating, you can wait a little while and let everyone else (and your friendly neighborhood iSmashPhone crew) be the guinea pigs for this download.
