Apple and Samsung haven’t been the friendliest in court lately. Some may remember when Apple sued Samsung over a handful of smartphones and tablets that Apple claims infringe on patents. Apple seems to think that some aspects of the UI and even the overall design of phones such as the Galaxy S look too much like Apple’s. It’s also known that Samsung provides various components to Apple, and the company recently demanded to see Samsung’s devices (Droid Charge, Infuse 4G, Galaxy S II, Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab 8.9, according to Gizmodo) in court.
However, it seems that Samsung is swinging back. They want to see the iPad 3 and the iPhone 5 (or iPhone 4S) to determine whether or not they are infringing on Apple’s designs.
