You may remember a while back when a someone breached AT&T's servers and leaked the private email addresses of many high profile people. All of these people were those who had purchased an iPad 3G. We wrote about it a while back, and AT&T quickly corrected the problem and offered an apology.
Now, 26-year-old Danial Spitler has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to gain unauthorized access to computers and one count of identity theft. According to Reuters, each count can land him up to five years in prison and a $250k fine. Ouch.
