Apple Files Motion for Preliminary Injunction Against Four Samsung Products

Apple has filed a motion for preliminary injunction in the US against four Samsung mobile products. If approved, this would mean that Samsung has to remove their Infuse 4G, Galaxy S 4G, Droid Charge and Galaxy Tab 10.1 from the US market.

According to Florian Mueller at FOSS patents, this is a big gamble by Apple, and could lead Samsung to settle early on to avoid that possibility. However, Mueller adds that this could work against Apple. If Samsung stands strong and the motion doesn't get approved, Apple's position will look weak.

These two are so cute together.
