All we have is a photo of the iPhone 4. At least we know this will change by next month. Right?
It looks like October is definitely going to be the launch month for the iPhone 5. It’s what we’ve been hearing, and several sources at several websites say the same. So it’s probably going to happen.
According to website BGR some of the high level folks at AT&T were telling their managers to get ready for a “really, really busy” early October, which is likely the iPhone 5 launch. According to the website’s source, an AT&T vice president told this to several employees, and that mangers must “expect things to get really, really busy in the next 30-50 days, so prepare your teams accordingly.”
That sounds like iPhone season to us.
Based on recent rumors, we’re likely to hear about the iPhone sometime early- to mid-September. We hear that pre-orders start later that month and that Apple plans to release the iPhone 5 sometime around October 7 – 14.
