According to Digitimes, Apple has adjusted their iPhone orders as they prepare for the release of the iPhone 5. In production, are the iPhone 3GS, the iPhone 4 (GSM and CDMA) and the iPhone 5.
It’s reported that the production is being ramped up by about 12 to 13 percent. Apple’s original estimate was about 50 million, but is now said to be just over 56 million units. Of those 56 million, the suppliers say that the iPhone 5 will make up a bit more than 25 million.
Also mentioned in the report is that Apple aims to ship 95 million units.
