Tim Cook Checks Out iPhone Production at Foxconn

Tim Cook at Foxconn

Apple CEO Tim Cook is spending some time in China. He’s checking out the iPhone manufacturing facility in Zhengzhou, China.

Under Cook’s watch, it seems that Apple has been adamant about improving and investigating working conditions for Chinese workers at the plants that assemble Apple products such as iPhones, iPads and Macs.

We’ve heard many stories about Foxconn and how they treat workers. There is everything from them not being paid overtime, to complains of them using underage labor and working them 60 hours or more a week.

You can take a look at some of the other Foxconn / Apple news here.
