We learned about the Mac Flashback trojan last week. It’s a really son of a … well, it’s bad. It’s infected quite a few Macs (somewhere around 600k, which we heard is about 1 percent of all Macs).

One security firm has released some free tools made to help users detect and remove the infection. It’s worth downloading and checking if you don’t know how to do it via terminal.
