In the ongoing trial between Apple and Samsung, Judge Lucy Koh got a bit ticked off.
She literally started yelling at Apple lawyer Bill Lee for trying to call up too many witnesses—20, to be exact—at the last minute:
“I am not going to be running around trying to get 75 pages of briefings for people who are not going to be testifying. I mean come on. 75 pages! 75 pages! You want me to do an order on 75 pages, (and) unless you’re smoking crack, you know these witnesses aren’t going to be called when you have less than four hours.”
Yeah, she was pretty angry. Luckily, Mr. Lee had a comeback, saying “Your honor, I can assure you, I’m not smoking crack.”
There you have it folks, Apple’s lawyer is not smoking crack.
