Apple and Samsung have been at it, and it seems that the fighting just keeps going on. A recent court filing shows that Apple wants Samsung to pay up $2.5 billion in damages for their alleged copying of the Cupertino company’s devices and mobile operating system.
That’s a boatload of money, folks. According to Cult of Mac, the document was put together by Invotex Group, they are a consulting firm that calculates royalty rates in such litigation cases.
There are even tables showing which designs and patents Samsung supposedly infringed on with their products.
Its quite a document, and it’s honestly about as much fun as reading a math book. Still, it’s something to look at if you’re interested.
