Adobe May Announce Retina-Compatible Photoshop on Dec. 11

There are reports that Adobe is planning to release the latest version of Photoshop CS6, which will be updated for Retina Display compatibility.

This comes from website Mac Otakara. There is a teaser video for the new version of Photoshop, and it shows it running on a MacBook Pro with Retina display. Interestingly, it places emphasis on closeups of the screen. They all look fairly sharp, of course it’s hard to tell because we are watching a video of a screen. Still, they are definitely trying to make a point about the screen and the fonts.

Furthermore, Adobe added Retina support to Lightroom 4.3 and said that they would bring it to Photoshop by the end of the year.
